I know that Nacific items are good but I am giving this order a low star rating as I had sent an email to customer service regarding the missing items but they had not gotten back to me. I ordered (4) Monster rookie sets which was supposed to have come with (5) lip creams in each set (or 20 lip creams total) However I received (4) fresh herb origin cover cushions instead and (3) lip creams. We were not told beforehand that the cushions would be replacing (4) of the lip creams in each set (please note that we did not order the cover cushions as my friends and I are not pale skinned and the color we were given is 21 light beige… so how are we supposed to make use of that color? Lip creams are okay as they are flattering on most people). This also happened with my previous order that had 5 sets. Besides this, if they did a (1 cushion + 1 lip cream) to replace the (5 lip creams) in the original set, my order is still lacking (1) lip cream. I apologize for writing this review but I felt that if I didn’t do so, my concerns would not be addressed. I’m hoping that Nacific’s customer service could reach out to me about the situation.
